Did Giants Really Exist ?

When we think of the word Giant typically we either associated to some big humanoid type creature or just simply very tall man.

I think its fair to say we can all agree that tall man existed and still exist to this day. The tallest man in medical history was Robert Wadlow at an astonishing height of 2.272m

When it comes to the humanoid type creature things get a bit more complicated. If they really did exist they are probably one of the best kept secret in history. You could easily search over the net and come up with a nice selection of very believable pictures, however when you start digging any further they either turn up to be an elaborate hoaxes or simple unproven.

Humans have been keeping records of Giants roaming the earth since as long as they could express themselves through art or writing. References about giants can be found in the Greek’s legends and used call to call them cyclops. They are even mentioned in the Bible. Some researchers even believe that their burial grounds are located in Sardinia.

Some scientists point out that the myth about Giants probably got kickstarted when ancient humans started finding fossils of humanoid like creatures that went extinct over 100,000 years ago. Their best candidate for such a creature is the Gigantopithecus.

It should also be mentioned that ancient graves with remarkably large people have been found, however typically such graves seem to either be lacking the remains of the giant in question or the giant in question is simply just as tall human as any tall person of this day and age.

Could all these people that are claiming about finding Giant remains be lying ? Could it all be an elaborate hoax ? It is really hard to decide on this one. While it cannot be said for certain if they indeed did or did not exist think we can be open to such possibility.

The answer to it all could be one discovery away.
